For staff, moving to RFID can be a bit of a mountain to climb.
Besides just learning how to work with the technology as such, they might also have questions regarding their work environment in general.
We provide training in which we inform your staff about how RFID reduces physical labor and repetitive tasks. How it affects your internal logistics and how it frees up time for customer interaction. We teach them how to convert books for RFID use and how to work with the RFID system themselves. We also train your staff so they can train their customers.
And we do this in a language that is understood by everyone.
