New ISO standard, ISO 28560, supported by Nedap Librix

Thursday the 17th of February the ISO standard 28560 is approved to be an official ISO Standard. This means that ISO 28560-1, 28560-2, 28560-3 will now be published.
ISO 28560 specifies a data model for the use of radio frequency identification (RFID) tags for items, which is appropriate for the needs of all types of libraries. It provides the framework to ensure interoperability between libraries in exchange of library items with RFID tags, the freedom of the library to acquire or renew equipment or library items from different vendors and interoperability of a single RFID application from the vendor's perspective.
Both the ISO standard 28560-2 and 28560-3 are supported by Nedap Librix for reading and writing tags.
